Jennah Larkin

Dance Instructor

Jennah began her dance journey at Cadance Academy and never looked back as she had found her passion! Taking classes in both ballet and contemporary, and then becoming an assistant dance teacher. Again, Jennah soon realized that teaching was another passion that she wanted to pursue. Jennah continued to teach and dance at Cadance while pursuing her Bachelor of Science at Acadia, and also teaching ballet classes for the Acadia Dance Collective. While dancing at Acadia, she expanded her dance range to include styles such as jazz, tap, modern and lyrical. Additionally, in 2016, Jennah had the opportunity to take some ballet classes from “Ballet Bob” Robert McCollum from the National Ballet School through the Dance Summer Dance program at Ross Creek.

Jennah is also involved in Musical Theater and has choreographed for St. Joseph’s Stage Prophets, being part of the choreography team since 2019.

Jennah is also thrilled to be a choreographer for the Cadance Nutcracker. Being a substitute teacher for the AVRCE, she is able to bring out the best in her dancers by bringing supportive teaching techniques she uses in the classroom, into the dance studio. Jennah truly enjoys teaching at Cadance Academy and being a part of such a creative team.
