We’re so happy to be dancing together again! October marks the beginning of another exciting year at Cadance, and it’s been wonderful seeing familiar faces return and welcoming new dancers into our studio community.

Our September Free Open House was such a lovely way to kick off the season, giving dancers and families a chance to explore classes, meet our instructors, and get excited for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! We loved welcoming you into the studio and sharing a little of what makes Cadance so special. We’re so grateful you spent the morning with us and hope to see many of you dancing with us this season! 💜

Classes Started

Our 2026–2027 dance year is officially underway! We’ve loved seeing the studio come back to life with familiar faces, new friendships, and lots of dancing.

From our youngest dancers taking their first steps into ballet to returning students building on their skills, we’re excited to watch everyone grow throughout the year.

October at Cadance: A Month of Gratitude, Kindness, and Community

This October let’s celebrate gratitude by not only seeing what we can be thankful for but by acts of kindness to others. In a world that so often needs more gentleness and understanding, small acts, smiling or giving a compliment to another dancer, helping a younger dancer tie a shoe, cheering someone on during a turn, make a huge difference. Those little moments of care can create ripples and help build the supportive Cadance community we’re so proud of.

October is filled with exciting things happening at Cadance! From special studio moments to opportunities for our dancers and families to connect, there’s lots to look forward to this month. Take a look at what’s coming up and mark your calendars!

DRESS-UP WEEK

It’s time to have a little extra fun in the studio! From October 24–30, dancers are invited to come to class dressed up as their favourite character, idea, theme, or anything that makes them smile. We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity and enjoy a fun-filled week of dancing together!

Dearest Reader,

You’re invited to an adult ballet class inspired by the elegant music of Bridgerton. Move with grace, improve posture and balance, and enjoy a fun, energizing session blending ballet technique and conditioning, no experience needed. We can’t wait to dance with you!

Be Part of The Nutcracker!

Our youngest dancers are getting ready for a little Nutcracker adventure! Dancers ages 8 and under are invited to join our Mice in Training and be part of this year’s production.

No previous performance experience is needed. Just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and love of dance!

Costumes are provided and spaces are limited.

DANCER SPOTLIGHT!

HARMONY

Harmony started her dance journey in Parent & Tot and has now moved into First Steps Ballet! She loves spinning, twirling, and discovering all the fun that comes with ballet.

It’s been so sweet to watch her grow in confidence as she finds her rhythm, explores new movements, and enjoys every moment in the studio. We can’t wait to see where her dancing takes her next!
