Our dancers from the Pre-Pointe program recently completed their examination. They demonstrated strong focus, preparation, and dedication throughout the process. This exam marks an important step in their ballet training, and we are proud of the progress they continue to make.

Winter may still be here, but we’re bringing the summer vibes to the studio! ☀️❄️ For one special week, our classes will be filled with bright outfits, beach balls, popsicles, and lots of fun. We’ll also be sharing a sneak peek of our summer dance camps and early bird offers, get ready to dance into summer at Cadance!

Who says summer has to wait? From February 16–22, we’re bringing the summer vibes to the studio! Rock your summer swag all week, bright colours, fun prints, and happy energy only.

Star Wars Takes the Cadance Stage

SESSION CLASSES

A fun, high-energy class that blends dance, imaginative play, and a simple Gabby’s Dollhouse–themed craft each week. Designed for young children who love to move, create, and play with friends, this class builds coordination and confidence in a warm, supportive, and joy-filled environment.

Gabby's Dollhouse Inspired - Age 4-7 - 8-Week Session

This Frozen themed Class is for children aged 1 to 4 years, together with their parent or caregiver, are invited to join a joyful and engaging experience designed just for them. This class is filled with rhythmic play and gentle movement, perfectly crafted to introduce your little one to the exciting world of dance and music in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

Frozen Parent and Tot - 8-Week Session

K-Pop Demon Hunters Dance Party is a high-energy class inspired by K-Pop Demon Hunters, where dancers learn fun, age-appropriate K-pop choreography that builds rhythm, coordination, confidence, and performance skills. Classes are tailored by age group, welcoming both beginners and returning dancers in a supportive, upbeat environment.

Demon Hunter Dance Party - 8-Week Session

This class focuses on gentle stretching and strengthening using body weight, gravity, and simple props to support full-body movement. Students explore conditioning exercises, dynamic and static stretching, and learn techniques they can apply to their own warm-up and conditioning routines. Also available for drop-in.

Stretch and Strength - 6 Week Session Class

A combination of high-energy music paired with a variety of engaging dance moves will help you stay fit and have fun. Every cell in your body will smile! Designed for all skill levels, modifications provided to ensure everyone can participate and enjoy the experience. Come join the dance party!

New Adult Dance Groove 8-Week Session Class

UPCOMING CLASS

Bond through dance in our 8-week Daddy & Daughter/Son Dance Class! Guardians and young dancers will enjoy fun activities and simple partnering skills in a warm, inclusive setting. All guardians are welcome, daughters and sons are encouraged to join too. The class wraps up with a special performance at our Spring Showcase, memories guaranteed!

Nina O'Blenis

Meet Nina from our Primary / Grade 1 Ballet Split Sunday Class! Nina loves performing and truly shines on stage, especially when it’s time to dress up for recitals. Her excitement, confidence, and joy for ballet light up every performance. We can’t wait to see her continue to grow and sparkle in every dance!
