First Steps Ballet

This fun 8-week session is a great way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of dance. First Steps Ballet is designed to improve coordination, encourage imagination, and develop physical and social skills in a developmentally appropriate environment. For three- to five-year-olds just beginning their dance journey, this session provides all the building blocks needed to establish a strong foundation for dance. Students learn through stories, creative movement, and age-appropriate instruction.

Gabby's Dollhouse Inspired - 8-Week Session

This lively class blends energetic dance, imaginative play, and a simple themed craft each week, perfect for children who love to move, make, and play with friends in a warm, guided environment.

A delightful take‑home craft each class that ties into the week’s Gabby’s Dollhouse theme, projects are easy for little hands and spark pretend play at home

Frozen Parent and Tot - 8-Week Session

This Frozen themed Class is for children aged 1 to 4 years, together with their parent or caregiver, are invited to join a joyful and engaging experience designed just for them. This class is filled with rhythmic play and gentle movement, perfectly crafted to introduce your little one to the exciting world of dance and music in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

It’s more than just dance, it’s a special time where your child can explore new sounds, develop coordination, and express themselves freely. Meanwhile, you share precious moments of connection and fun, strengthening your bond through every step, wiggle, and clap.

Bring your child to this lively and loving space where discovery and joy go hand in hand. It’s the perfect way to spark your child’s creativity, build confidence, and create lasting memories together!

Demon Hunter Dance Party - 8-Week Session

A high-energy, 45-minute K-pop dance party inspired by K-Pop Demon Hunters, designed for 4–7 year olds. Kids learn fun, age-appropriate choreography to catchy K-pop beats, with playful movement games and easy drill repetitions to build rhythm, coordination, and confidence. The first class is a Halloween “come dressed as your favorite character” special, costumes encouraged (no masks that cover the face during activity).

A one-hour K-pop dance party for ages 8 and up, featuring more layered choreography, sharper stylings, and stamina-building combinations drawn from K-Pop Demon Hunters’ dynamic moves. Students work on timing, formation changes, and expressive performance quality in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Ages 4-7 years old: Comfortable clothes for dancing (leggings, shorts, t-shirt), dance sneakers or non-marking athletic shoes, and hair tied back.

Ages 8+ years old: Flexible dancewear or athletic clothing, clean indoor dance sneakers or jazz shoes, and hair secured away from the face. No loose costume elements that could impede movement.

Wednesdays, January 7 - February 25th, 2026

Stretch and Strength - 6-Week Session

Emphasizing the importance of both stretching and strengthening, this class explores gentle movements with a focus on using body weight and gravity to engage all parts of the body (with a few props to help us). Students will be led through various movements and conditioning exercises, dynamic and static stretching, and how they can adapt what they learn in class to their own warm-up and conditioning routines.

Also available for Drop-In.

Wicked Themed Adult Ballet - 8-Week Session

Rediscover the joy of ballet and build real technique in a supportive, stylish setting. This open-level class welcomes returning dancers and new students ages 14 and up, from those rekindling childhood training to beginners ready to try something graceful and strong.

What to expect:

A dynamic standing barre to improve alignment, strength, and musicality
Centre-floor combinations that develop balance, coordination, and confidence
Exercises scaled to the group so beginners can progress while experienced students refine technique
Chic, focused instruction that emphasizes clean lines, safe progress, and expressive movement

New Adult Dance Groove - 8-Week Session

This class will be based around a fun no judgment environment where you will learn a choreographed body positivity fun routine. No experience is needed to join just the ability to have a great time and love yourself!

Daddy & Daughter/Son Dance Class - 8-Week Session

Join us for a delightful 8-week Daddy & Daughter/Son Dance Class designed for guardians and their young dancers. This class offers a fantastic opportunity to bond through dance, featuring basic partnering techniques that will create lasting memories.

What to Expect:
Fun and Engaging Classes: Each session is filled with enjoyable activities that foster connection and creativity.

Basic Partnering Techniques (pas de deux) : Learn simple dance moves that will allow you to dance together with confidence.

Inclusive Environment: While this class emphasizes the special bond between fathers and daughters, all guardians, including moms and older siblings, are welcome to participate. Sons are encouraged to join in the fun as well!

Performance:
The class will culminate in a performance at our Spring Showcase, where you can demonstrate what you've learned on stage. This is a wonderful chance to celebrate your hard work and enjoy the spotlight together.
